The Landing

I have lived in the Fort Worth area most of my life. My wife Patti passed away in 2006 and we raised four children and now have three grandchildren. My lovely wife Sheila and I have been married 5 yrs. and live at The Landing on Eagle Mountain Lake. I am retired from Bell Helicopter where I was as an engineer for over 37 yrs. I have a long history of sailing on Eagle Mountain Lake, including over 40 years of sailboat racing out of Harbor One Marina (EMYC) and the Fort Worth Boat Club (FWBC). I served on the FWBC
Board of Governors for 6 yrs. I have served on The Landing HOA board and on the Landscape, Social, NCW (Neighborhood Crime Watch) committees and editor of our HOA newsletter. I also work with our Landing task force to help bring issues such as Dosier Creek erosion/water quality and traffic safety to our governing officials and TRWD. I am active in our church and serve as a chaplain in prison ministry (Kairos) and with the Fort Worth Police Dept. (CAPA). Currently, I am serving on the board of Save Eagle Mt. Lake (SEML). I love our Eagle Mountain Lake community and want to serve in any way I can to ensure that our lake continues to be a safe and beautiful place that provides clean water and recreation for our residents.
